They got ded big shooty guns dat'll kill tons of boyz, but if yer can get near em den you've got a chance. Just gotta make sure you bring loads of boyz, coz you ain't gonna have a whole lot left when you get close enough ta crump em.

| Would you be selling other stuff as well? Like IG minis or Warhammer Fantasy minis?

| I will be stocking the complete WHFB and WH40k GW ranges as well as some of the accessories. At the moment i am unsure about stocking LOTR, as i dont think that the popularity is high enough to enable me to make a good profit from it.
I should be speaking to a couple of estate agents, to view some properties soon, but until i find one that'll suit my needs in my price range, then i cant start until then. (the main risk i have at the moment, is that my overheads look like they will be in the range of £1250-£1500, so i will need to sell alot of stock to stay in business) | | Back to top | |

| My first army (Imperial Guard) was pieced together, and took over a year to get it to table strength and painted. I buy exclusivly from my local hobby store that sells GW. I think it's important to give your local community the first chance. Bits to gear out special squads came from an eBay store Blackdagger Games. It was the army I learned the game with, so the time was well spent.
However I was looking to start a new Tau army, and wanted to jump right in and start playing. So I found two small armies to buy off others getting out of the game. One was off Bartertown, novice built, but not primed or painted yet. A little corrective work, but assembled and playable.
I then monitored eBay for some fill-in forces, but got a tip of another army for sale from a group across the state. Very well assembled and filled in my gaps, beefed out others. Two weeks from compulsion to completion... Just paint and play!
So I will support my local hobby store first, but follow a good deal whenever possible.

| I have to admit, i was expecting mroe votes in online and less in independant stockist, but it is nice to see tha tpeople do support their stockists (unlike GW, if we have a bad set of sales, it will put us out of a job - they have alot of cash to get them through bad times) | | Back to top | |

| Do not stock LotR. They dont sell very well. The LotR bubble burst about three years ago and has never recovered. I myself wish to play LotR but have never gotten to it.

| I don't want to play the LotRs game, but I really like the minis.
They are nowhere near the production quality of the warhammer ones but the design aesthetic is SOOO much better looking that WFB.
If I had the spare cash I would be buying alot of LotR figs just to collect
